Choose the registers you need

Financial services registers cover advice and suitability, client outcomes, confidentiality, human oversight, fair treatment, accuracy, communications and accountability. Record review dates, evidence references and corrective actions without uploading client documents.

Members can collaborate through Owner, Editor and Viewer roles, preserve record history, import and export CSV files, and record electronic sign-off against a fixed report snapshot.

Important information and limitations

RAIUC provides Specialist AI Governance Packs as general information and practical record-keeping tools. Although reasonable care is taken in preparing these resources, RAIUC makes no warranty or guarantee as to their accuracy, completeness, suitability, effectiveness or ability to achieve legal or regulatory compliance.

These packs do not constitute legal, regulatory, financial or other professional advice. They are not approved, endorsed or accredited by a regulator. Using a pack, recording information or signing a report does not demonstrate compliance, replace a professional assessment or extend the scope of RAIUC's declaration-based certification.

Your organisation is solely responsible for how it uses AI, the information it records, its decisions and compliance with applicable requirements. Obtain independent legal, regulatory and other professional advice appropriate to your circumstances, and check current requirements before relying on these resources.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RAIUC excludes liability arising from use of these packs. Nothing in this notice excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted. This notice and these packs should be independently reviewed by an appropriately qualified adviser.

Use reference codes rather than client names or sensitive personal information. Store underlying evidence securely in your own approved systems. A signed report records the signer's acknowledgement of a snapshot; it is not a qualified electronic signature, certification or regulatory approval.

Membership follows free, declaration-based certification. Specialist packs do not change the scope of that certification.
