Certify the whole organisation
Choose organisation-wide when the 10 commitments apply across the complete business, charity, public body or educational organisation.
Certify one department or team
Choose department-level certification when a defined part of a larger organisation can make and maintain the commitments independently.
Small organisations
Sole traders, start-ups and small organisations can certify organisation-wide. There is no minimum size and certification remains free.

Renewal is simple and remains free
Before expiry, sign in and review the 10 commitments again. A renewed certificate receives new validity dates while the previous certificate history is retained, and expired records are clearly identified.
