This policy explains how RAIUC handles copyright and intellectual-property concerns relating to third-party publications, links and embedded material displayed through RAIUC.org.

RAIUC provides links to and, in some cases, displays publicly accessible third-party publications for educational and informational purposes. Copyright in those publications remains with the respective authors, publishers and rights holders. RAIUC does not claim ownership of third-party material.
We aim to link to material made available by its author, publisher or another authorised source. White papers displayed through RAIUC remain hosted by the external publisher or source website; RAIUC does not provide a separate copy for download.
The inclusion of a publication does not imply endorsement by, sponsorship from or affiliation with its author, publisher or copyright owner.
If you believe that material displayed or linked through RAIUC.org infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, use our Contact Us form and select ‘Copyright concern’. Please provide enough information for us to identify and assess the material.
We will acknowledge and investigate properly supported notices as promptly as reasonably practicable.
Where appropriate, we may temporarily disable access while a concern is reviewed. Following our review, we may retain, amend or remove the relevant link, embedded viewer, image, description or other material.
We may request further information where a notice does not provide enough detail to identify the work, establish the sender’s authority or understand the alleged infringement.
A person responsible for material affected by a notice may contact us if they believe the complaint resulted from an error or misidentification, or if they hold permission or another lawful basis for the use.
Where competing claims cannot reasonably be resolved by RAIUC, we may keep the material unavailable while the parties resolve the matter or provide further evidence.
This procedure is intended to facilitate the prompt and fair resolution of copyright concerns. Submitting, receiving, investigating or acting on a notice does not constitute an admission of infringement, liability or wrongdoing by RAIUC or any other person.
Nothing in this policy limits any legal right, remedy, defence, exception or limitation that may apply.
